Welcome to Newcomers Supper at The Mill to meet people who have moved to Chester within the past few years, and get them acquainted with our Village, the merchants and of course the Historical Society in it's quest for new members as it gets ready to open the Chester Museum and the Mill. The Chester Historical Society is an all-volunteer organization. We need your help! Join the History Preservation Committee to help with cataloging the collection of artifacts and ephemera. Join the Building Committee to participate in the renovation of The Mill. Join the Membership and Events Committee and help make our programs happen. Join the Educational Initiatives Committee and help others learn about our Town's past.

The Chester Historical Society needs your support to continue operations. Membership dues cover only about 1/3 of the annual expenses of the organization.

Need Space for a Private Function?

The Chester Historical Society makes its building available to local residents for private functions on a space-available basis. more info
